Role Description The AI/ML Program Manager (GenAI, LLM Operations, Data Annotation, SFT, RLHF) is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of AI and large language model initiatives that support CB TEAM’s payment solutions. This role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, defines program scope, timelines, and success metrics, and ensures that GenAI and LLM-based capabilities are developed and deployed reliably. Day-to-day tasks include managing data annotation pipelines, supervising supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) workflows, and aligning operational processes with model performance and safety requirements.

The Program

Manager will manage vendor and partner relationships, track risks and dependencies, and maintain documentation and reporting for executive and technical audiences. The role also involves continuous improvement of AI operations,



implementing best practices for model evaluation, compliance, and user experience in production environments.

Qualifications

- Experience managing AI/ML programs, including GenAI and LLM initiatives, with a strong understanding of end-to-end model lifecycles (requirements, development, deployment, monitoring).
- Background in LLM operations, including model orchestration, evaluation, safety, prompt management, and performance optimization in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with data annotation workflows, including guideline design, annotator management, quality assurance, and tooling for labeled datasets.
- Knowledge of supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and RLHF processes, including experiment design, feedback collection, and collaboration with ML engineers and data scientists.
- Strong program and project management skills: planning, prioritization, roadmap ownership, risk management, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
- Familiarity with payment or fintech domains, or other regulated industries, including awareness of security, privacy, and compliance considerations for AI systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in AI/ML program management is also valued.
