Required Skills

6 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Machine Learning Engineering, with relevant technical leadership experience.

Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.

Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

Experience with RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.

Solid experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and production deployment.

Experience with cloud AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable AI application architectures.

Strong understanding of databases, data pipelines, and distributed computing.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
