Logistics Domain Preferred

We are seeking an AI Automation & Reliability Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in production support, automation, and application reliability. The ideal candidate will work closely with the SRE team to improve production stability, reduce recurring incidents, and automate support operations using Python, Microsoft Copilot, and our internal Helio platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop automation solutions using Python and AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

- Build agents, alerts, and automated workflows using the Helio platform.

- Partner with SRE teams to improve application reliability and production stability.

- Automate recurring workarounds and operational tasks to reduce manual effort.

- Design proactive monitoring, alerting, and health-check solutions.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.

- Support production environments and participate in incident resolution activities.

- Create runbooks, operational dashboards,



and support documentation.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or SRE-related roles.

- Strong Python programming and automation skills.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

- Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, incident management, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with APIs, SQL, and enterprise applications.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Logistics or Supply Chain applications.

- Experience using Helio or similar agent-based automation platforms.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, and SRE practices.
