Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Senior Lead to drive the organization's Enterprise AI strategy, AI Factory initiatives and digital transformation. The role will identify, prioritize and scale AI/ML and GenAI use cases across business functions while ensuring measurable business value, adoption and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the AI Factory strategy and enterprise AI/ML roadmap.
- Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across SCM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product and Operations.
- Drive end-to-end AI initiatives from business problem identification to deployment and value realization.
- Lead initiatives involving Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, ML and Advanced Analytics.
- Establish AI governance, MLOps, model lifecycle, risk and responsible AI frameworks.




- Partner with business and technology leaders to drive AI adoption and measurable ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI/ML team.
- Define KPIs and business outcomes for enterprise AI programs.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Advanced Analytics or AI Transformation.
- Strong hands-on/architectural understanding of GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, ML, MLOps and AI platforms.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale AI/ML transformation or deployment programs.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model monitoring, data privacy and responsible AI.
- Solid stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Good to Have Azure AI / AWS AI-ML, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, Snowflake, TensorFlow, PyTorch and enterprise ERP/CRM ecosystems.Role & responsibilities
