About the Team The Data and AI Team at Publicis Sapient is at the forefront of AI innovation, crafting scalable solutions for enterprises across industries such as Healthcare, Retail, and Automotive. Our team blends expertise in data science, AI/ML, and software engineering to solve complex business challenges. By leveraging state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies, we create applications like intelligent content moderation engines, AI-driven recommendation systems, and LLM-based enterprise solutions.

About the Role

- Shape Next-Generation Solutions: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven systems that transform user experiences and streamline business processes.
- Enhance AI Through Data: Employ data-centric methodologies to improve model accuracy and responsiveness by curating high-quality datasets and optimizing real-time performance.
- Finetune Industry-Specific Gen AI Models: Adapt and fine-tune large language models for domain-specific applications using advanced machine learning concepts and core fine-tuning methodologies.
- Develop Intelligent AI Agents: Architect and refine AI agents that solve complex business challenges, leveraging LLMs and the LangChain framework to deliver personalized, user-centric solutions.
- Advance Generative AI Applications:



Innovate with cutting-edge generative AI techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to create tailored applications for dynamic content creation, predictive analytics, and enhanced automation.
- Scale AI and Operationalize: Ensure production-quality code using containerization tools for deployment tasks, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design AI Systems: Build AI agents for tasks such as content compliance, asset decomposition, and contextual personalization.
- Develop NLP & RAG Pipelines: Implement advanced NLP solutions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for search relevance, intent detection, and dynamic content generation.
- Production-Quality Execution: Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code under PEP8 standards, ensuring production readiness with thorough testing and detailed documentation.
- Optimize AI Pipelines: Build and deploy reliable code structures using terminal-based environments and modern version control tracking workflows.
- Collaborate on AI Innovation: Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

EXPERIENCE

- Undergraduate degree (BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative or computational field) or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of proven experience working directly with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience using the LangChain framework to build maintainable GenAI applications.




- 2–3 years of core experience with machine learning concepts and modern fine-tuning methodologies.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- 2–3 years of professional coding experience in Python, strictly adhering to PEP8 standards.
- 1 year of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker for model isolation and deployment.
- 1–2 years of experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
- Comfortable working natively in the terminal for development, automation, and deployment tasks.
