We are looking for a highly skilled AIML Engineer /Data Scientist to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying advanced Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions that drive business automation, document intelligence, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.

This role involves working closely with global business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to develop scalable AI solutions across data science, NLP, OCR, document processing, and enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Do the end-to-end development of Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and AI-driven solutions.
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, including documents, text, images, and transactional datasets.
- Design, build, train, optimize, and deploy predictive, statistical, machine learning, and Generative AI models.
- Develop scalable data and ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and LLM-powered applications.
- Implement AI observability and monitoring practices to track model quality, performance, reliability, latency, drift, and operational health.
- Define evaluation frameworks for ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLM quality assessment and hallucination monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, AI governance, security, privacy, and enterprise risk management requirements.




- Apply Responsible AI principles, including explainability, transparency, fairness, and model accountability.
- Contribute to AI governance, model lifecycle management, documentation, version control, and audit readiness.
- Integrate AI/ML models into production environments using APIs, cloud platforms, and containerized deployments.
- Optimize AI solutions for scalability, accuracy, performance, cost efficiency, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Present technical findings and business insights to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

Required Skills

- Solid expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Vector Embeddings.
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end ML solutions using APIs, Docker, and Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred).

- Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Azure ML, and Weights & Biases.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Monitoring, and MLOps practices.
- Experience working with US-based business teams and global stakeholders.
