About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive innovation, design intelligent systems, and lead a high-performing data science team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and MLOps, with hands-on experience in deploying scalable AI solutions for real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, analytics) to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Evaluate, select, and apply the latest machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure production-grade AI systems are robust, scalable, and maintainable using best MLOps practices.
- Perform model monitoring, tuning, and retraining to improve accuracy and performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and research to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of total experience,



with at least 5 years in AI/ML solution development and leadership.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI / Hugging Face, etc.
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data architecture and ETL pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects are a plus.
