Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 0-3 years of experience and hands-on exposure to real-world AI/ML applications. This role focuses on building, deploying, and serving AI solutions using Python, REST APIs, NLP, and Generative AI technologies. A robust foundation in computer science and a production-oriented mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business use cases
- Develop and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask to serve models
- Work on NLP tasks such as classification, NER, summarization, and sentiment analysis
- Implement Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning,



and RAG pipelines
- Integrate AI systems with databases, applications, and existing platforms
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python with solid CS fundamentals (DSA basics)
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI / Flask
- Practical exposure to NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI
- Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, SQL, and basic deployment practices

Must Have

- Experience working on live or production-grade AI/ML projects
- Ability to clearly explain implementation choices and trade-offs
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Cloud exposure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Knowledge of async Python or basic ML system design concepts
