Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AWS Cloud Technologies to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent applications using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, AWS Lambda, LangChain, and LangGraph, with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS cloud platforms.
- Build intelligent Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications leveraging foundation models through Amazon Bedrock.
- Implement advanced AI capabilities including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Search, Knowledge Retrieval, and Model Evaluation.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Design and implement secure, reliable, and highly scalable AI services using AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,



and development teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct model testing, evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure production readiness.
- Follow AI governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends, frameworks, and cloud innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI Development
- Expertise in Amazon Bedrock
- Hands-on experience with Amazon SageMaker
- Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda
- Experience with LangChain
- Experience with LangGraph
- Proficiency in Python Programming
- Sound understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering
- Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Architectures
- Exposure to AI model deployment and monitoring on AWS

Desired Skills
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or OpenSearch
- MLOps/LLMOps implementation experience
- Knowledge of Multi-Agent Systems and AI Orchestration
- Experience in API integrations and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Exposure to BFSI domain projects is preferred

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
