THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI/ML & Technology – Director's Associate who can combine technical execution with business understanding.

This is a 60% technical and 40% business/managerial role. You will work closely with the Director and senior management to identify business problems, research technology solutions, build or implement tools, automate processes and drive technology projects from idea to execution.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, curious and solution-oriented — someone who can understand a business requirement, identify the appropriate technology, build or integrate the solution, and ensure it is actually implemented and used.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Identify opportunities across the organization where AI, ML, automation, software or data can improve efficiency, reduce manual work or support better decision-making.
- Build and implement practical AI/ML, Generative AI, automation and business-intelligence solutions for internal business requirements.
- Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI APIs and automation tools to develop useful business applications and workflows.
- Develop and integrate solutions using APIs, databases, webhooks and third-party software and connect different systems wherever required.
- Evaluate existing software and recommend, configure or implement suitable tools for HR, sales, marketing, finance,



operations and management.
- Develop dashboards, reports and data-driven tools to improve management visibility and decision-making.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools, software and technologies and determine their practical application within the company.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions, workflows or implementation plans.
- Manage technology projects from research and planning through development, implementation and monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams, software providers, developers and external technology partners where required.
- Track project timelines, deliverables and implementation progress and ensure projects move to completion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, feasibility studies and recommendations for the Director and senior management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and continuously look for opportunities to improve, automate or digitize business processes.
- Take ownership of special technology, research and business-improvement projects assigned by senior management.

TECHNICAL STACK

AI / ML: Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI APIs, basic Machine Learning, NLP and OCR.

Programming: Python preferred; basic JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, JSON and Git/GitHub.

Automation & Integration: APIs, Webhooks, Workflow Automation, SaaS Integrations and Business-System Integrations.

Data & BI: Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Data Analysis, Dashboards and Business Intelligence tools.

Software: CRM/ERP systems, cloud-based software, third-party applications and technology evaluation/implementation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1–3 years of practical experience in AI/ML, software development, automation, data,



technology implementation or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in building, integrating or implementing technology solutions, rather than only theoretical knowledge.
- Good understanding of AI/ML and modern Generative AI tools.
- Comfortable working with APIs, software integrations, databases and automation platforms.
- Good programming fundamentals, preferably in Python.
- Ability to independently research and learn new technologies and tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical technology solutions.
- Strong project coordination and execution skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working directly with senior management and handling multiple projects.
- Self-driven, adaptable and willing to take ownership beyond a fixed .
