Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The work often includes applying generative artificial intelligence models to solve complex problems, as well as exploring areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis.

Collaboration with various teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key part of daily activities, ensuring creative and efficient AI-driven solutions are delivered.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and model development lifecycle.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI service integration for scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural network design.
- Ability to implement and optimize AI pipelines for production environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and enhancing AI system performance.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
