As an AI / ML & Emerging Tech Trainer, you will be responsible for building AI and technology capabilities across Welspun GCC, supporting both Business Process Services teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations) and IT/Technology teams.This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires end-to-end ownership of training programs, capability-building initiatives, and AI adoption strategies. The role demands the ability to engage with diverse audiences, from business users looking to leverage AI tools for productivity to technical teams working on advanced AI/ML solutions

.Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify AI and digital capability gaps.
- Design and deliver AI learning programs that drive digital transformation and technology adoption.
- Build AI capability across:
- Business Teams: Applied AI, automation, Copilot, process agents, and productivity tools.
- Technology Teams: AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI for Developers,



RAG-based solutions, and LLMs.

- Customize training content based on audience needs and technical depth.
- Identify and manage external learning partners where specialized expertise is required.
- Drive AI skilling initiatives through a centralized Learning Shared Service model.
- Track learning effectiveness, technology adoption, and business impact metrics and present them to leadership.
