About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Automation Developer to design, build, and implement AI-powered automation solutions across different business functions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, LLMs, workflow automation, chatbots, and system integrations and should be able to identify repetitive business processes and convert them into efficient automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows for HR, sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and finance.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
- Integrate AI models and APIs including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM platforms into business workflows.
- Develop AI agents, chatbots, assistants, and automated decision-making workflows.
- Integrate different software platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party APIs.
- Automate repetitive tasks such as lead management, candidate screening, reporting, data entry, follow-ups, notifications, and document processing.
- Build AI-powered systems for lead qualification, customer communication, content generation, data analysis, and internal reporting.
- Connect CRM, HRMS, Google Workspace, databases, websites, and other business applications.
- Develop workflows that automatically collect, process, validate, and transfer data between systems.




- Work with databases and structured/unstructured data to build reliable automation systems.
- Create dashboards, monitoring systems, and alerts for automated processes.
- Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI automation workflows.
- Ensure automation workflows have appropriate error handling, logging, security, and access controls.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools, APIs, models, and automation technologies.
- Work closely with business and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and calculate potential efficiency gains.
- Document workflows, integrations, APIs, and technical processes for internal use.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI automation and workflow design.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience working with OpenAI API, Gemini API, Claude API, or other LLM APIs.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, API authentication, and integrations.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Supabase.
- Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and structured outputs.
- Ability to work with Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, CRMs, HRMS, and other business applications.




- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Positive to Have
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and Git/GitHub.
- Experience building internal AI tools or SaaS applications.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, D2C, e-commerce, or consumer businesses.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, curious, solution-oriented, and constantly exploring new AI technologies. You should be able to look at a manual business process and think, “How can we automate this?” — then independently design, build, test, and deploy the solution. Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2–5 years in AI automation, software development, integrations, or a related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
