AI/ML Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer to design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and an understanding of data processing and model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement machine learning and AI models.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets.
- Train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy ML models.
- Build predictive and classification solutions based on business requirements.
- Work with NLP, Generative AI, or Computer Vision projects as required.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models into applications.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy and scalability.
- Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and product teams.
- Research and implement relevant AI/ML techniques and tools.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with Scikit-learn,



TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of Pandas, NumPy, and data preprocessing.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Git.
- Understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of OpenAI APIs or other LLM APIs.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model monitoring.
- Experience with NLP or Computer Vision.

Education Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
