About Tilliant

Tilliant runs marketing and software departments for businesses in India and the GCC. Hospitals, schools, consultancies and engineering firms hand us the whole function, and we run it.

We do this with a small team and a serious AI stack (Claude, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Magnific). AI handles the volume work. People handle the judgment. That's how a team of our size carries work that would normally need ten to twelve people.

The role

You'll join as a marketing associate who uses AI tools every day to plan, produce and ship content for real clients.

What you'll do

You'll plan and produce social media content for clients in healthcare, education and qualified services: posts, reels, carousels and captions. You'll use AI tools to write scripts, generate visuals, produce avatar-led videos and create voiceovers, including multilingual content.



You'll track what's performing and report it in numbers: reach, engagement, enquiries, cost per lead.

You'll help run AEO work, which means getting clients to show up inside answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants. You'll research competitors and markets before each campaign, and help run the free marketing audits we offer to prospective clients.

What we're looking for A degree in any field; we care more about what you've made than what you studied. You should already be using AI tools on your own, and be able to show us something you've built, written or created with them. You're comfortable with numbers and want to know whether your work actually moved anything. You learn fast and don't wait to be told twice.
