AI plays a central role in how we operate. We are constantly researching, testing, and implementing new AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, generate creative assets, and scale marketing performance.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about AInot just using ChatGPT, but someone who actively explores new models, automation tools, AI agents, APIs, and emerging technologies to solve real business and marketing problems.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time position for candidates based in New Delhi, with preference given to candidates located in or near the Punjabi Bagh area.

BCN Media is a Canada-based company, and the role can be performed remotely. However, candidates located near Punjabi Bagh will also have the opportunity to work in person when required or preferred.

Candidates must be comfortable working according to the PST time zone to collaborate with our Canada-based team.

What You'll Do

- Research and evaluate the latest AI tools, models, and technologies.
- Build AI-powered workflows using prompting, automation, APIs, MCPs, AI agents, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Use AI to create high-converting marketing assets, including:

- Native advertisements

- Landing pages

- Headlines





- Email newsletters

- Marketing copy

- Images

- Videos

- Creative concepts
- Brainstorm new marketing campaigns and creative angles using AI.
- Analyze existing campaigns and identify opportunities where AI can improve conversions, workflow efficiency, and creative performance.
- Research competitors, advertising trends, consumer psychology, and emerging AI technologies.
- Test new AI platforms and recommend tools that improve team productivity and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to launch and optimize campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives across email marketing, native advertising, Meta, Google, and other paid media channels.
- Continuously improve internal processes through AI automation and workflow optimization.

Requirements

- 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Based in New Delhi, preferably in or near Punjabi Bagh.
- Comfortable working according to the PST time zone.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, customer psychology, and online advertising.
- Ability to combine AI capabilities with practical marketing strategynot just generate content.

In addition, we're looking for:
- Excellent prompt engineering skills.
- Experience building AI workflows and improving productivity through automation.
- Strong copywriting and content generation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn, test, and evaluate new AI platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written English communication.
