Key Responsibilities

- AI Strategy Leadership: Define and drive the organizations AI roadmap and vision. Identify opportunities where AI can create business value. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks. Establish AI best practices, standards, and governance policies.

- Technical Leadership: Lead the architecture and development of AIML systems. Oversee model development, training, evaluation, and deployment. Guide teams on machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps practices. Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of AI solutions.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor AI engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers. Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews. Manage project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Foster innovation and continuous learning within the team.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business leaders, and engineering teams. Translate business requirements into AI solutions.



Present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive stakeholders. Manage vendor and technology partnerships when required.

- Generative AI LLM Initiatives: Design and implement solutions using large language models LLMs. Develop RAG Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and AI agents. Optimize prompts, fine-tuning workflows, and model evaluation frameworks. Monitor AI quality, safety, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

- Data Governance: Ensure high-quality data pipelines and datasets. Implement AI governance, monitoring, and compliance controls. Address privacy, security, bias, and ethical AI considerations. Define model performance metrics and monitoring standards.
