Role Overview & Career Track

We are seeking an ambitious AI Implementation & Client Relations Intern for a high-impact, paid position designed to fast-track into a full-time role. This internship follows a structured 2-phase progression:

- Month 1 -2 (Outreach & Discovery): Focus on client outreach, market research, and lead engagement. You will master our AI solutions while identifying real-world client operational pain points.
- Months 3–6 (Client-Facing Transition): Apply insights from Month 1/2 to take on direct client engagement, solution design, and technical AI implementation.

Based on performance, this position is structured to convert into a full-time Analyst role within 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Outreach & Discovery: Conduct targeted outreach to enterprise operational leaders and SMEs to map high-ROI AI use cases.
- Solution Implementation: Configure and deploy SwarmLens multi-agent workflows, RAG tools, and data pipelines for active clients.
- Client Engagement: Lead technical onboarding, participate in discovery calls,



and translate operational feedback into clear product requirements.
- Value Tracking: Define and track key client success metrics (e.g., search speedup, risk reduction) to demonstrate platform ROI.

Qualifications

- Background: Degree or final-year candidate in Computer Science, Data Science, Petroleum Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
- Technical Fundamentals: Hands-on experience with Python and core AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent frameworks, APIs).
- Communication & Drive: Outgoing, persuasive communicator comfortable engaging prospective client leads and presenting complex technical ideas to business executives.
- Mindset: A consultative problem-solver who thrives in startup environments and wants quick ownership.
