Role Description The AI Interior Designer will work on-site in Kozhikode in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and fabrication teams to deliver data-informed, aesthetically aligned interior solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include using AI-assisted tools to generate design concepts, space plans, and mood boards; preparing and refining interior layouts; and coordinating FF&E; selections that align with project budgets and timelines.



The role involves interpreting client requirements, translating them into detailed design proposals, and producing accurate construction drawings and documentation for execution.

The AI Interior Designer will also support visualization workflows, including 3D modeling and rendering, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes by testing and refining AI-based workflows. Regular site visits, coordination with vendors, and adherence to MN Interio’s quality and safety standards are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, including the ability to develop functional, aesthetic, and client-centric layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to create or interpret detailed plans suitable for execution on-site.
- Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including specification, sourcing, and coordination with vendors and fabrication teams.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools and standard design software to support concept development and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to use data and AI insights to optimize layouts, materials, and workflows.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
