? Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Python backend development, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable Agentic AI systems, developing AI-powered backend services, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and driving architecture and engineering best practices.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Agentic AI architectures, including Planner, Supervisor, and multi-agent workflows.
- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic search.
- Develop scalable Python backend APIs using FastAPI / Flask.
- Implement LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and reasoning strategies.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, tools, and business systems.
- Optimize AI solutions for latency, cost,



scalability, and accuracy.
- Establish best practices around architecture, code reviews, observability, and production readiness.
- Mentor development teams and provide guidance on architecture and technical decisions.

?️ Required Skills

- Robust hands-on Python backend development experience.
- Proven experience in Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Reasoning Frameworks.
- Experience building RAG pipelines and working with Vector Databases.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices and API Design.
- Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP AI services.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of AI system architecture, integration, and production deployment.
