Job Title: AI Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

Reinvent Digital is looking for an AI Full-Stack Engineer who builds fast with AI-assisted (vibe coding) tools, writes clean and reliable full-stack code, and owns deployment and infrastructure end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

- Develop scalable REST APIs using Node.js (Express.js)
- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for analytics data
- Implement multi-tenant architecture ensuring strict data isolation
- Build incremental data synchronization logic using timestamps (e.g., updatedAt)
- Optimize database queries for handling large datasets (36 months analytics data)

Data & Performance
- Implement efficient data handling (upsert, deduplication)
- Ensure fast query performance using indexing and optimized queries
- Design backend systems for scalable analytics dashboards

Frontend Development
- Build responsive UI using React.js
- Develop analytics dashboards with charts and data visualizations
- Integrate APIs with handling of large datasets and filters (date range, source, etc.)
- Implement basic state management (Context API / Redux if needed)

AI-Assisted Development (Vibe Coding)
- Use Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf or GitHub Copilot daily to build and ship complete features end-to-end
- Break features into explicit prompts and manage context using project rules files and relevant code references
- Review, test and debug all AI-generated code before it reaches production; never ship code you cannot explain
- Rapidly prototype ideas with tools like Lovable, Bolt or v0 and harden them into production-ready code
- Share AI coding workflows and best practices with the team

DevOps & Deployment
- Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments on AWS / GCP, VPS, Vercel or Railway
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with automated tests, linting and build checks




- Manage dev, staging and production environments, including environment variables and secrets
- Configure Nginx / reverse proxies, domains, SSL certificates and basic cloud networking
- Implement logging, monitoring and alerting (e.g., PM2, Sentry, Grafana, uptime checks)
- Manage database backups, restore procedures and protected deployments with rollback plans
- Track and optimize infrastructure costs

Debugging & Issue Resolution
- Reproduce, isolate and resolve production bugs across frontend, backend and infrastructure layers
- Log every bug with a unique ID, severity (P0P3), root cause and fix
- Write short postmortems for critical issues and add tests or validation to prevent repeats
- Keep stakeholders updated during incidents in clear, simple language

gives the AI the right files and context, and uses rules files to keep output consistent
- Code Review & Debugging of AI Output: Reads, understands and corrects AI-generated code instead of accepting it blindly, and can fix issues when the AI gets stuck
- Rapid Prototyping to Production: Turns an idea into a working prototype quickly (Lovable, Bolt or v0) and hardens it into production-ready, deployed code

DevOps
- Git & GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
- Docker and Docker Compose
- CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Linux Server Management (SSH, Nginx, PM2, SSL)
- Cloud Deployment (AWS / GCP / VPS / Vercel / Railway)
- Environment and Secrets Management
- Monitoring and Logging (Sentry, Grafana, uptime monitoring)
- Database Backup and Recovery

Integrations
- Webhooks and Third-Party API Integrations
- OAuth and Authentication Flows
- CRM Integrations (GoHighLevel preferred)

Soft Skills
- Clear communication in English and Hindi
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort with unclear requirements
- Good documentation habits

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building analytics dashboards or reporting systems
- Understanding of data pipelines / ETL concepts
- Ability to design scalable backend systems
- TypeScript experience
- n8n / Make automation experience
- Meta Conversions API, Google Ads, GA4 or Search Console API integrations
- WhatsApp Business API experience
- Exposure to Kubernetes or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Prior healthcare software experience and awareness of patient data privacy (DPDP Act)
- Portfolio of live, deployed projects (GitHub plus working links)
