Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Full-Stack Developer (SDE-2) who can take ownership of building scalable web applications, AI-powered automation systems, CRM platforms, and technology integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience along with an interest in Artificial Intelligence, APIs, automation workflows, and PropTech solutions.

As an AI Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Moneytree Realty s technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

You will work on:

- Full-stack web applications

This role requires someone who can understand business requirements and convert them into reliable, scalable technology solutions.

Full-Stack Development

- Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing web applications.
- Build scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and related technologies.
- Develop reusable frontend components and backend services.
- Design and maintain secure REST APIs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

AI Development Automation

- Build AI-powered customer and sales assistance solutions.
- Integrate AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Develop AI workflows for lead qualification, customer queries, follow-ups, and sales automation.




- Create prompt workflows and backend logic for AI applications.
- Improve AI response quality and automation efficiency.

CRM Lead Automation

- Develop and enhance CRM systems.

Build automation workflows for:
- Lead capture
- Lead assignment
- Follow-ups
- Customer engagement
- Sales tracking
- Develop dashboards for sales and management teams

AI Bot Third-Party Integration

- Integrate external AI-based lead platforms and business tools.
- Manage API integrations with CRM systems.
- Ensure accurate lead synchronization and data flow.
- Monitor API performance and resolve integration issues.
- Develop automated workflows for notifications and lead management.

Backend Database Development

- Design scalable backend architecture.
- Work with MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and database optimization.
- Deploy and manage applications using AWS, Docker, Linux, Nginx, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ensure secure and reliable production environments.

Cloud DevOps

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Work with:

- CI/CD pipelines

- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain secure and reliable production environments.

Dashboard Business Intelligence





Develop dashboards for management and sales teams covering:

- Project-wise analytics
