Dream Slate Pictures is a global AI film studio. We make ad films, branded content and original films using AI, and we're growing the team.

We're looking for an AI filmmaker who thinks in shots, not just prompts. Someone who knows that a great AI film still starts with a script, a shot list and a point of view.

THE ROLE

You'll take a project from script to screen. You'll break down scripts into shots, generate and refine images and video, and shape them into a finished film. You'll work closely with our writers, editors and creative team on every project, from the first frame to final delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

▪️ Direct AI-generated sequences from script to final cut

▪️ Break down scripts into shot lists and visual references

▪️ Build consistent characters, worlds and camera language across a film





▪️ Solve continuity, lighting and motion issues across generations

▪️ Work with our creative team to deliver broadcast-grade output

▪️ Keep up with new tools and test what works before it goes into production

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

▪️ Well equipped with industry-leading image and video generation tools

▪️ A reel that shows storytelling, not just cool visuals

▪️ A robust eye for framing, continuity and pacing

▪️ Ability to take feedback and iterate fast

▪️ Film school or on-set experience is a plus
