Responsibilities

- Identify high-impact AI and Automation opportunities across Sales Marketing activities.
- Identifies use cases, collaborates with business and data teams, and supports development of AI/automation solutions.
- The candidate should design and deliver scalable solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) ensuring high performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Should have hands-on experience building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Should have expertise in prompt engineering to design, test, and optimize prompts for reliable, high-quality outputs from Large Language Models.
- Should hold experience creating AI agents to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Should hold adequate experience implementing Generative AI techniques for automated content creation, summarization, and conversational systems.
- Strong understanding of context window management, optimizing token usage for efficient and accurate LLM responses.
- Hands-on experience in workflow automation, integrating AI-driven decision-making across CRM, operations, and enterprise systems, including Zoho automation platforms,



to streamline and optimize business workflows.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with hands-on experience applying AI in operations and administration.
- The ideal candidate should be obsessed with AI tools and productivity systems and regularly experiments with new AI platforms and automation technologies.
- Ability to research, test independently and implement new AI technologies and have adequate experience using multiple AI tools across business functions.
- Sound technical and commercial knowledge.
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold emails, cold calls, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted prospecting lists and campaigns.
- Manage and update CRM systems to track leads and ensure smooth pipeline management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Robust understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents
- 1-3 years Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and data analytics
- Proactive mindset with passion for AI and digital transformation
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Based in Chennai
- Good technical and commercial awareness
