- Learn The Platform: Go deep on how our product works and become someone customers can rely on.
- Support Customers: Help customers resolve issues, answer technical questions, and make their experience smooth.
- Build Automations: Use AI and scripting to automate repetitive support tasks and speed up resolutions.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering and product to turn customer feedback into fixes and improvements.
- Ship And Learn: Take ownership of small projects from day one and grow fast.

Who You Are

- Education:



CS or IT graduate passing out in 2026 or 2027.
- Availability: 2026 grads can join now. 2027 grads can join now or in January 2027.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, prompting, or building simple AI-powered solutions.
- Technical Base: Solid computer science and programming fundamentals and comfort with scripting or automation.
- Mindset: Curious, customer-first, and quick to learn. You enjoy solving problems and explaining them clearly.
- Communication: Top-notch communication skills to engage with customers.
