Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for using AI-powered architectural design, visualization, rendering, image enhancement, and creative tools to improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of our design process.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architecture and architectural visualization, combined with hands-on expertise in AI rendering and generative AI tools.

The candidate should be able to transform architectural concepts, CAD drawings, 3D models, sketches, and reference images into high-quality and realistic visual outputs using AI-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality AI-generated architectural renders and visualizations.
- Convert architectural drawings, sketches, massing models, and 3D models into realistic AI-assisted visuals.
- Use AI tools to enhance architectural presentations, mood boards, material studies, façade concepts, interior concepts, and landscape visualizations.
- Create multiple design options and visual iterations using AI-based workflows.
- Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design intent and translate it into effective AI-generated visuals.
- Develop and maintain efficient AI workflows for architectural visualization.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to architecture and design.




- Improve existing renders using AI-based image enhancement, upscaling, relighting, material enhancement, and post-production techniques.
- Generate realistic interior and exterior architectural images while maintaining design accuracy.
- Assist architects in exploring alternative façade designs, materials, colour schemes, lighting concepts, furniture arrangements, and landscape ideas.
- Use AI tools to create conceptual presentations and client presentation materials.
- Maintain consistency between the original architectural design and AI-generated outputs.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows for generating accurate architectural visuals.
- Assist the design team in integrating AI into day-to-day architectural workflows.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools that can improve design, documentation, visualization, and productivity.
- Create AI-assisted marketing visuals and project presentation content when required.
