About The Role The Senior Manager — AIOps Delivery Lead role is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing end-to-end AIOps managed services engagements. This role entails leading a multidisciplinary team comprising build, operations, and observability functions to deliver high-impact automation and intelligence solutions.

The successful candidate will own the engagement roadmap, ensure quality delivery, and manage the commercial outcomes, including profitability and client satisfaction. As the primary client-facing leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor, shaping the client’s AIOps transformation journey and demonstrating measurable value through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in software/AI engineering and delivery, with a proven track record in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams. Deep technical expertise in agents, automation, and observability is essential, along with strong leadership capabilities.





Candidates should demonstrate experience in client relationship management, delivering managed services, and owning commercial outcomes. A background in consulting or managed services environments is preferred, along with excellent communication skills capable of engaging at executive levels. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Own the overall engagement roadmap, ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance, including margin management and takeout curve optimization.
- Develop and implement the technical and delivery strategy across Build & Deploy, Operations, and Observability disciplines, balancing build, run, and automate trade-offs to protect economic viability.
- Establish and oversee the operating model that enables a small core team of experts to leverage a large run organization effectively.
- Manage the executive client relationship, acting as a trusted advisor on AIOps transformation initiatives and communicating value clearly and convincingly.
- Drive continuous innovation through an operate-level innovation engine, prioritizing, building, and measuring outcomes to deliver step-change improvements.




- Lead and develop managers across disciplines, coaching them to become strong leaders and building a reusable pod model for scalable delivery.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, shape proposals, and contribute to broader go-to-market strategies for AI Managed Services.
- Maintain risk, quality, and compliance standards within PwC’s governance framework, ensuring data security and regulated environment adherence.
- Contribute thought leadership to enhance the practice’s reputation and influence industry standards and best practices.
