We are hiring a Generative & Agentic AI Developer to build LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines and autonomous AI agents for real business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy LLM-based applications and AI agents with tool calling, memory and multi-step workflows.

- Develop RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval and re-ranking.

- Implement and optimize vector databases for quick, accurate search.

- Evaluate and improve output quality, reduce hallucinations, and manage cost and latency.

- Work with teams and stakeholders to turn requirements into production-ready solutions.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of development experience, including hands-on Generative AI / LLM work.

- Strong Python skills.

- Hands-on experience with RAG, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.) and prompt engineering.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB or FAISS.

- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar frameworks.

- Experience with FastAPI, Docker and a cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
