? Job Title: AI Engineer

- ? Target Background (STRICT): Prior experience in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or a Product-based SaaS firm is mandatory. (Pure IT Services profiles without direct embedded product platform engineering will be automatically archived).
- ? Core Tech Stack: Deep, native Python expertise building production LLM architectures, LangGraph agentic loops, and RAG microservices . (This is NOT a frontend, mobile, or ServiceNow workflow role).

✅ Experience: 4 to 8 years of dedicated experience in software engineering and AI roles. Minimum 2 years of stability in a single organization is strictly required (no excessive job-hopping).

✅ Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related fields.

✅ Core Skills: Hands-on experience building and deploying end-to-end GenAI systems (RAG pipelines, AI agents, automation workflows)



and optimizing LLM performance.

✅ Software/Tools: Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, Vector Databases, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure/GCP.

✅ Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory technical coordination syncs and cross-functional collaboration.

✅ Logistics: 100% mandatory Hybrid work model based out of Pune, Maharashtra.

Design, develop, and scale production-grade AI and GenAI applications including agentic systems, microservices, and enterprise integrations. Drive reliable, observable, and scalable AI infrastructure while mentoring team members.

? Core Responsibilities

✔️ System Development: Build and deploy end-to-end AI/GenAI systems, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines.

✔️ API & Architecture Design: Design resilient APIs and microservices for scalable AI solution architectures.

✔️ Data & Retrieval Engineering: Implement robust data pipelines, retrieval systems, and vector database search strategies.

✔️ Optimization & Performance: Optimize prompt engineering, model evaluations, observability, and overall latency.

✔️ Deployment & Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy AI services using Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
