Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer – AI/ML to join our AI/ML engineering team and work on Multi-Agent AI Systems and production-grade intelligent applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals along with hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI/Multi-Agent Systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications and intelligent systems.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
- Develop multi-agent workflows and agent-based architectures.
- Work with APIs, tools, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM frameworks.
- Develop scalable and maintainable Python-based software solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to take prototypes into production.
- Perform testing, debugging, evaluation, and optimization of AI/ML systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering / AI/ML.
- Strong programming skills in Python.




- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding or practical experience with AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems.
- Experience with APIs and integrating AI/ML models into applications.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and software development skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- Candidates from IITs, NITs, IIITs, or other premier institutes are preferred.

Compensation
- FL I: ₹12 LPA CTC (Fixed + 15% Variable)
- FL/FML III: ₹15 LPA CTC (Fixed + 15% Variable)
- Candidates with strong profiles may be considered for 10–20% above the maximum band, based on expectations and fit.
