We are seeking a 5+ years of experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem. The role will focus on building Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation solutions that accelerate business value while ensuring security, governance, scalability, and responsible AI compliance.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and product teams to transform business challenges into production-ready AI applications and intelligent agents.

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
- Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures.
- Experience building AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and microservices architecture.
- Good in Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Container Apps, and API Management.
- Familiarity with Git, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience:



5 years to 7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and AI development, with a deep focus on Azure AI infrastructure.
- Core Azure AI Platform: Advanced proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- AI Architecture: Demonstrated expertise in RAG patterns, vector embeddings, chunking strategies, dense retrieval systems, and Vector Databases.
- Agentic Workflows: Proven experience building multi-step AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and stateful agentic systems.
- Programming & Services: Solid Python development skills paired with solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Azure Serverless & Hosting: Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Container Apps, and Azure API Management.
- DevOps & MLOps: Knowledge of Git, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and cloud security governance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
- Practical knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks, safety guardrails, and automated evaluation toolkits within Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience deploying containerized AI microservices using Docker or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
