About us

We run three businesses out of Hisar, Haryana, and we are already running parts of them on AI.

- Supreme Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. — a Mahindra commercial and personal vehicle dealership group across Hisar and Bhiwani, with 450+ employees and about ₹700 crore in annual turnover.
- Premium Finlease Pvt. Ltd. (PFL) — an RBI-registered NBFC lending across a growing branch network, with daily MIS, collections and credit workflows.
- X-Mart — our used-vehicle division inside the dealership group.

The founder personally uses ChatGPT, Claude and agentic coding tools every day, and several internal agents and automations already exist. This role takes that from a founder-led experiment to a proper, engineered system — and eventually into a product we can offer to other businesses.

The mission

Your job is to reduce the operational load on our businesses with AI — and to turn what works into an agentic service we can sell.

The role runs in three overlapping phases:

1. Stabilise and own what exists. Take over the AI software and agents already running, understand them end to end, fix what breaks, and put proper monitoring, logging and version control around them.
2. Build for the founder and the businesses. Ship new workflows and agents for the CEO's day-to-day work and for the dealership, NBFC and X-Mart teams — reporting, follow-ups, document handling, customer communication, data pulls, approvals and similar repetitive work. Review them with the founder daily and keep upgrading them.
3. Productise. Generalise the agents and infrastructure that prove themselves into a multi-tenant agentic service that other businesses can subscribe to, solving many of the same problems for them.

By the end of year two, you should be able to point to a measurable drop in manual effort across our companies and a working, sellable product built on top of that work.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain our AI software: agents, bots, internal tools and the integrations behind them (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, spreadsheets, our DMS/LMS and MIS data, third-party APIs).
- Design new workflows and agents for the CEO's daily work — briefings, follow-ups, document drafting, data pulls,



approvals — and for the dealership, NBFC and X-Mart teams.
- Use Claude, ChatGPT and agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or equivalent) as your primary way of building; write the code and prompts, wire the tools, test and ship.
- Sit with the founder every day to review what ran, what broke, and what to build next; act on that review the same day.
- Monitor every agent in production: logs, failure alerts, cost and token usage, output quality. Fix and upgrade continuously.
- Keep everything in version control with clear documentation, so nothing depends on being in one person's head.
- Handle the security basics: API keys, access control, customer and financial data, RBI-sensitive information at PFL.
- Talk to business users in the branches and showrooms in plain language, understand their real bottleneck, and turn it into a working automation.
- Over time, refactor what works into a reusable, multi-tenant platform and help shape it into a service for outside customers.

What we're looking for You must have all of these. We will test each one in the interview with hands-on work, not questions.
- Real coding ability. 2+ years writing production software, strong in Python (TypeScript/Node a plus). Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, databases, cron jobs, Docker and deploying to a server or cloud.
- Heavy, daily use of ChatGPT and Claude. You have built things with the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs — tool/function calling, structured outputs, long-context work, evaluation of outputs — not just used the chat apps.
- Agentic coding as your normal way of working. You build with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar every day, know their limits, and can review and correct what they produce.
- Agent and workflow building. You have shipped at least one multi-step agent or automation that runs unattended in production: orchestration, memory, tool use, retries, guardrails, and monitoring. Familiar with frameworks such as LangGraph, the Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, n8n or similar — and able to work without them.
- Creative, solution-first mindset. You look at a messy business process and see the shortest path to a working automation, then improve it in small steps.
- Ownership. You can run and be accountable for systems that other people depend on, without a manager checking on you.




- Communication. Clear in Hindi and English, with both the founder and non-technical staff.
- Location. Willing to live and work in Hisar for 2 years, then move to Gurgaon.

Nice to have
- Experience with MCP servers, RAG pipelines, vector databases and local/open-weight models.
- Built bots on WhatsApp Business API or Telegram; voice agents a bonus.
- Exposure to an NBFC, bank, dealership or any high-volume operations business, and to Indian compliance-sensitive data.
- Basic data skills: SQL, pandas, dashboards, reconciliation of messy Excel data.
- Has shipped a side project or product on your own, or worked in an early-stage startup.
- Comfortable with Mac and Linux servers.

How we'll work together You work directly with the founder, and the cadence is daily.
- Daily review (30–45 min). What ran yesterday, what failed, what users said, what ships today. Decisions are made in that meeting, not by email.
- Weekly demo. Every Friday, show working software to the business heads who will use it.
- Monthly scorecard. Hours of manual work removed, agents in production, uptime, cost per run, and user adoption.

First 90 days By

You will have

Day 30

Mapped every existing agent and automation, put them under version control and monitoring, and fixed the top failures

Day 60

Shipped 3–5 new workflows for the founder's daily work and at least one for a business team, in daily use

Day 90

A written roadmap for the next 12 months and a first design for the reusable platform behind the agentic service

Location, term and how to apply

This is an on-site role in Hisar, Haryana for the first 2 years; after that, you move with the founder to our Gurgaon office.

- Term: 2-year initial commitment, with the Gurgaon move and a wider product role after that.
- Compensation: Competitive fixed salary plus a performance bonus tied to the monthly scorecard. Relocation and accommodation support in Hisar for candidates moving from outside. Exact numbers discussed at offer stage.
- Equipment: Mac or Linux machine of your choice and paid access to Claude, ChatGPT and the tools you need.
