About The Role

NARIRO builds an agentic AI platform and the engineering services that put it into production.

As an AI Engineer you will work on both sides: the core agent runtime and orchestration layer of the platform, and the custom AI systems we design for customers who need them running inside their own environment.

You will own features end to end, from design through production, working closely with a small team in Lucknow.

What you will do

- Design and build agent workflows: triggers, reasoning loops, memory, tool calls and structured outputs.
- Integrate models from multiple providers and build routing logic based on cost, latency and task.
- Build integrations with external systems and tools, including MCP servers.
- Add evaluation, logging and guardrails so agent behaviour can be tested, audited and trusted in production.
- Work with customer engineering teams to scope and deliver custom AI systems.

What we are looking for
- Strong Python or TypeScript and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building applications with large language models: prompting, tool use, retrieval and evaluation.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs, and working with databases, queues and background jobs.
- Comfort debugging non-deterministic systems and writing tests around them.




- Clear written communication and the habit of documenting decisions.

Nice to have
- Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-integration standards.
- Experience running services in containers on Linux.
- Interest in security, governance and auditability of AI systems.
