Experience: 1–2 years preferred; strong practical knowledge may be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert-level practical knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools for day-to-day work.
- Use AI tools to create, edit and improve documents, notices, letters, reports, presentations and educational content.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows using ChatGPT and other AI platforms.
- Assist teachers and administrative staff in using AI tools productively.
- Create posters, brochures, social media creatives and digital content using AI and design tools.
- Manage and prepare content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and online promotion.
- Assist in planning and executing school events, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare short videos/reels and other digital promotional content.
- Maintain and organize digital files,
content and media.
- Research new AI tools, automation tools and digital solutions that can improve school operations.
- Support basic website/content updates and online presence.
- Coordinate with the management, teachers and office staff for digital requirements.
Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of ChatGPT, Generative AI and AI productivity tools.
- Strong prompt-writing skills.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic designing.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of video editing/reels creation will be an added advantage.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Creative thinking and ability to learn recent AI tools quickly.
- Ability to use AI while maintaining accuracy, privacy and professionalism.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
