AI Developer - Department: Technology / Artificial Intelligence - Employment Type: Full time - Experience: 1-3 Years - Location: Noida (Hybrid)

We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our technology team and build intelligent, AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills and practical experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI APIs. You will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and improving AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and features.
- Work with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, AI agents, and Machine Learning technologies.
- Integrate LLMs and third-party AI APIs into software applications.
- Develop AI workflows using prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and tool/function calling.
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services for AI applications.
- Develop effective data processing and AI pipelines.
- Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, reliability, and response quality.
- Fine-tune prompts and AI workflows to improve model performance.
- Implement testing and monitoring mechanisms for AI applications.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks.
- Write clean, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and cost.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle,



from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working with AI/ML APIs and SDKs.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and backend development.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI application development.
- Understanding of databases and data handling.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently research, experiment, and learn new technologies.

Good to Have

- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Experience building RAG-based applications.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with AI agents and function/tool calling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Education

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with robust practical AI projects and relevant development experience are encouraged to apply.
