Role Description The AI & Data Science Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The intern will assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support ongoing projects and research initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include applying basic statistical methods, exploring datasets, building simple data models, and preparing clear reports or dashboards under supervision.

The role involves supporting AI-related experiments, documenting findings, and collaborating with mentors and team members to develop practical solutions.



The intern will also participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, contribute ideas to improve workflows, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Good foundational knowledge of Statistics for data exploration and validation.
- Strong understanding of Data Science fundamentals , including Machine Learning concepts and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Analysis , including working with datasets, extracting insights, and creating visualizations.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn .
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset , attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting .
- Good written and verbal communication skills .
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field .
- Passion for AI, Machine Learning, and continuous learning is essential.
