Role Description The AI Data Contributor is a full-time, fully remote role. In this position, the contributor will perform detailed data collection, labeling, and annotation tasks across text, audio, and other formats following defined guidelines and quality standards.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing and validating datasets, transcribing multilingual speech, and providing structured feedback for AI and LLM evaluation projects. The role involves working closely with project leads to meet productivity and accuracy targets, documenting any issues or ambiguities, and adhering to secure data handling practices. Contributors are expected to maintain meticulous attention to detail,



follow instructions consistently, and proactively communicate with the team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

- Robust data handling and documentation skills, including careful data entry, organization, and adherence to annotation or labeling guidelines.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities for evaluating AI outputs, identifying errors or inconsistencies, and following detailed instructions.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing; additional language skills or multilingual transcription capabilities are highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using computers and web-based tools, including basic productivity software and platforms used for data annotation and transcription.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability when performing repetitive tasks and quality checks.
- Ability to work remotely, collaborate with diverse teams, and meet deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Previous experience with data labeling, transcription, AI/ML projects, or content moderation is an advantage but not required.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred, especially in fields related to technology, linguistics, or data.
