About the RoleFrontlines Edutech is looking for a creative and AI-savvy AI Content Creator who can transform scripts, ideas, and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality video content using AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop video ideas, concepts, scripts, hooks, storyboards, and visual treatments for marketing and social media content.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos using AI-generated content, stock assets, live footage, animation, motion graphics, and other creative elements.
- Use AI tools for video generation, image generation, voiceovers, dubbing, AI avatars, background creation, editing, and content repurposing.
- Create AI-generated videos using tools such as Intellemo AI, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, Veo, Kling, or similar platforms.
- Write effective AI prompts and continuously iterate to achieve high-quality and visually consistent outputs.
- Edit and refine AI-generated content by improving pacing, transitions, visuals, audio, storytelling, and overall presentation.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, Product, and Design teams to create content aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools, creative workflows, formats, and trends to improve content quality and engagement.
- Ensure visual, audio, and brand consistency across all video content.




- Manage multiple video projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in AI-powered content creation and social media video formats.
- Assist in testing new AI video features and workflows and provide creative feedback.

Requirements

- Solid interest in AI-powered content creation and emerging creative technologies.
- Good storytelling, creative thinking, and scriptwriting skills.
- Understanding of what makes video content engaging, visually appealing, and emotionally impactful.
- Comfortable creating and refining content through AI prompting, experimentation, and multiple iterations.
- Basic understanding of video editing, visual composition, pacing, transitions, and audio.
- Familiarity with AI video creation tools such as Intellemo AI, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, Veo, Kling, or similar tools.
- Ability to transform scripts and creative concepts into compelling video content.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on visual consistency and quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with evolving AI technologies.

Good to Have
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating video editing, video creation, or AI-assisted creative work.
