About us

RBP Finivis is an RBI-licensed Full Fledged Money Changer (Licence No. CHG. FFMC 0297/2023). Mego Forex is our consumer brand — currency exchange, forex cards, outward remittance, education loans, travel insurance, international SIM and visa services. We run a tightly governed brand system and we're building our entire marketing production engine in-house.

The role

You'll produce ad creatives, reels, short videos, posters and banners for Mego Forex and RBP Finivis — using AI tools as your primary production stack, not as a novelty. Think of yourself less as a designer with a blank canvas and more as a production operator: we have a written brand bible with locked palettes, typography, voice cast and compliance rules, and your job is to turn briefs into finished assets that pass the brand gate on the first or second try.

This is a real production seat. Your work goes live.

What you'll do

Produce static creatives — social posts, product banners, in-branch posters, festive campaigns — to the approved palette and grid.

Produce video and reels — script-to-screen, including AI voiceover render, avatar/lip-sync video, edit, subtitles, QA.

Work inside brand governance — read the relevant Bible volume before you start, and log every new art-direction decision back into the Creative Direction Log.

Respect LOCAL vs NATIONAL ad rules — branch-level creatives carry address, phone and hours; national creatives carry the website only. These are never mixed or re-cut across each other.





Keep the asset library clean — naming conventions, version control, registering every finished master.

Flag compliance risk — we're a regulated financial entity. No unsubstantiated claims, no superlatives, no invented numbers. When in doubt, you raise it.

Tools you'll live in

AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Kling Avatars

Design: Canva (we run a managed brand kit), plus Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop familiarity

Video: Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects — whichever you're genuinely fast in

Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS for animated screen-record sequences, and comfort reading a style spec

What we're looking for

You already use AI tools daily and can show us output, not just accounts.

You can write a decent prompt and, more importantly, iterate a bad output into a positive one — that's the actual skill.

You have a real eye. AI gives everyone the same mediocre default; we need someone who can tell when something looks cheap and knows how to fix it.

You can follow a brand system without arguing minimalism at us, and still bring craft — texture, depth, considered type, bespoke icon work.

You're fast, you take direction bluntly, and you don't need three follow-ups to ship.

Working knowledge of English and Hindi (our voiceover scope is English and Hindi).
