Role Description The AI Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, creating, and optimizing digital content that showcases the salon’s services, artistic work, and brand story across social media, website, and other online channels.

The AI Content Creator will use AI tools to generate, refine, and repurpose written, visual, and video content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and engages current and potential clients. Daily responsibilities include researching trends in hair, beauty, and lifestyle, drafting captions and posts,



collaborating with the salon team to capture content from client sessions and events, and monitoring audience engagement to inform future campaigns. The role also includes maintaining a consistent posting schedule, organizing content assets, and supporting promotional initiatives and brand collaborations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in digital content creation, including social media posts, short-form video scripts, and basic visual storytelling.
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., AI text and image generators) to ideate, draft, and refine content efficiently.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and best practices for engagement and audience growth.
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and how to communicate a premium salon experience through content.
- Good written communication skills in English; ability to adapt tone and style to match the HAIR RAP BY YOYO brand voice.
- Comfort working on-site in a salon setting, collaborating closely with stylists and clients to capture authentic content.
- Strong organizational skills, including planning content calendars and managing digital assets.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Creativity, curiosity about global hair and beauty trends, and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
