Role Description The AI Business Transformation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for driving AI-led innovation and process optimization across LOGISMART’s logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves assessing current business processes, identifying opportunities for AI and automation, and designing transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.

The manager will work closely with operations, technology, and commercial teams to define use cases, oversee implementation of AI tools and analytics platforms, and ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, and customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing operational data, coordinating with internal and external technology partners, managing pilot projects,



and establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track impact. The role also includes change management activities such as stakeholder communication, training, and documentation to support smooth adoption of new AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in business process analysis, digital transformation, and AI/automation strategy within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Graduation/Post Graduation/ PHD
- MBA/BCA/B.TECH IN CS/IT preferred.
- SEO/SMM and graphic designing experience is a plus point.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, machine learning concepts, and AI tools or platforms, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical use cases.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution of technology implementation or pilot programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills to engage cross-functional teams and support adoption of new solutions.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, business, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, with understanding of multimodal freight, TAT optimization, and cost-efficiency levers.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and operate with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems, APIs, and integration of AI solutions into existing operational platforms is an advantage.
