You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and machine learning algorithms tailored to business needs. This role involves close collaboration with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and ensure models are ethical, unbiased, and secure.

Job Responsibilities

We want to hire a skilled AI Developer with the following key responsibilities:

Model Development & Optimization

- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and machine learning algorithms for business needs.
- Train, test, and validate models using large datasets utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy/efficiency over time.
- Ensure models are ethical, unbiased, and secure.

Integration & Collaboration

- Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and workflows.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists,



and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Stay updated with current AI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience Education & Experience

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with AI development and deployment.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and OpenCV.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
- Knowledge of API integrations and process orchestration.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and deploying AI applications to production.
