We are looking for someone who loves solving business problems using technology not just maintaining websites.

This is a hands on role where you will work directly with the Founder to build the future of Oxxy.

Responsibilities

-Design and implement AI-powered business workflows.

-Integrate CRM with telephony, Whatsapp, website and AI systems.

-Build automations using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar.

-Integrate APIs between different software platforms.

-Work with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and modern LLM tools.

-Improve internal business processes using automation.

-Manage website integrations and technical operations.

-Build dashboards for management reporting.

-Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work using AI.

- Installation on Serversettings
- Domain routing
- Website development-such as PHP
- Must have knowledge about API integration,



payment gateway integration, website or landing page development, crm formation, meta business suite, ads, meta leads integration with the crm.
- Must handle additional backend and tech work

Required Skills -Strong understanding of AI tools and Large Language Models.

-Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, apier or equivalent).

-API integration experience.

-Basic knowledge of Javascript or Python.

-Experience with CRM systems.

-Understanding of databases and cloud applications.

-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

-Good written and spoken English.

Compensation

- 4.00 to 4.20 LPA (depending on experience and capability)

Qualification Good experiemce in AI, IT, website and landing page development, with the ability to work effectively with developers.

Excellent communication skills.
