Job Title: AI Automation Specialist

Location: Khar West (Mumbai)

Type: Full-Time The person will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing an integrated AI-powered business platform that simplifies, standardizes, and automates workflows across key business functions, including Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Production Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a centralized digital platform to streamline internal processes and improve collaboration across departments.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Production, and Leadership teams to identify workflow challenges and automation opportunities.
- Design user-friendly dashboards, portals, and automated workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate various business applications, databases, and communication tools into a unified ecosystem.
- Build AI-powered solutions for document management, approvals, reporting, analytics, and workflow tracking.

Marketing Automation

- Develop automated workflows for campaign planning, content approvals, social media scheduling, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
- Implement AI tools for content generation, audience insights, campaign analytics, and marketing productivity.
- Create dashboards to monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.

Finance & Accounts Automation

- Automate invoice processing, payment approvals, expense tracking, vendor reconciliation, and financial reporting workflows.
- Develop dashboards for budget monitoring, project-wise cost tracking, receivables,



payables, and management reporting.
- Integrate accounting systems with operational workflows to ensure real-time visibility and control.

Production Operations Automation

- Automate production planning, scheduling, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and project tracking processes.
- Develop systems for managing production timelines, approvals, documentation, and status reporting.
- Create dashboards that provide real-time visibility into project progress, resource utilization, and production costs.

Platform Development & Technology

- Lead the development of low-code/no-code or custom-built platforms using AI and automation technologies.
- Create role-based access controls, workflow management systems, approval matrices, and automated notifications.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Continuously enhance the platform based on business requirements and technological advancements.

Expected Outcome The role is expected to create a digitally enabled work setting where operational, marketing, finance, and production processes are automated, measurable, and easily accessible through a centralized platform, resulting in improved productivity, faster decision-making, reduced manual effort, and enhanced business efficiency.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
