About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI, Automation & Product Operations Specialist who can take ownership of the day-to-day technical and operational development of Floero, our AI-powered business platform.

The ideal candidate should be strong at debugging, problem-solving, automation, AI/LLM generation, and product improvement. This role requires someone who can independently identify problems, implement solutions, improve existing workflows, and contribute to Floero's product and growth strategy.

You will work closely with the existing team to maintain, improve, automate, and scale Floero while helping shape its future roadmap.

Key Responsibilities1. Bug Fixing & Product Stability

- Identify, investigate, and resolve bugs across Floero.
- Debug frontend, backend, API, database, and integration-related issues.
- Troubleshoot production and development issues systematically.
- Identify root causes rather than applying temporary fixes.
- Test fixes and ensure existing functionality is not affected.
- Monitor recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Improve overall application stability, performance, and reliability.

1. Automation

- Design and implement business and technical automation workflows.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and internal processes.
- Work with tools such as n8n, APIs, webhooks, scripts, AI agents, and third-party integrations.
- Build workflows connecting different applications and services.
- Identify processes that can be automated and propose practical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing automation systems.

1. AI & LLM Generation

- Work with modern LLMs and AI tools to build practical business solutions.
- Generate and optimize AI prompts for different use cases.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows, agents, content-generation systems, and automation.
- Experiment with different LLMs and AI platforms.
- Integrate AI capabilities into Floero where they provide measurable value.
- Improve the quality, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- Stay updated with relevant developments in AI, LLMs, agents, and automation.





1. Floero Product Ownership

- Understand the complete Floero platform and its modules.
- Take responsibility for identifying technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate improvements across different parts of the platform.
- Maintain a clear list of bugs, improvements, priorities, and pending tasks.
- Suggest new features and improvements based on business requirements.
- Help maintain product documentation and technical workflows.
- Ensure new changes are properly tested before release.

1. Marketing & Growth Planning

- Contribute to Floero's marketing and growth strategy.
- Develop practical marketing ideas for acquiring users and businesses.
- Assist in planning campaigns, content, lead-generation systems, and automation.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation for marketing.
- Work with the marketing team to convert product capabilities into marketable use cases.
- Research competitors, trends, customer requirements, and potential opportunities.
- Help create data-driven growth experiments.

1. Digital Marketing — Preferred

Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage. Knowledge of any of the following is preferred:
- SEO
- Social media marketing
- Performance marketing
- Content marketing
- Lead generation
- Email marketing
- WhatsApp marketing
- Marketing automation
- Google Ads / Meta Ads
- Analytics and conversion optimization

Deep expertise is not mandatory, but an understanding of digital marketing concepts is preferred.
