We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can build and optimize AI-powered workflows to automate business and operational processes.
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience with Make.com and n8n
- Solid knowledge of Claude Cowork, Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex
- Experience with AI automation, AI agents and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, JSON and third-party integrations
- Basic JavaScript/Python knowledge is an advantage
- Experience integrating tools like Gmail, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and other SaaS platforms
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI automation workflows
- Identify repetitive processes and automate them using AI
- Integrate CRM, email, databases and other business tools
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows
- Collaborate with the Operations team to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
