Role Highlights

- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Production, and Operations
- Build dashboards, automated reports, and real-time business visibility systems for leadership decision-making
- Eliminate manual processes, duplicate data entry, and workflow inefficiencies through process redesign and automation
- Develop AI-powered productivity tools, SOPs, templates, and practical business use cases
- Integrate and streamline data from DMS, ERP, Accounting Software, Sales Systems, and Excel-based databases
- Strengthen field sales reporting, outlet execution tracking, scheme monitoring, and performance analytics
- Support digital transformation initiatives across business functionske, and other automation platforms
- Support digital transformation initiatives across business functions
- Coordinate with software vendors and manage basic IT systems, infrastructure, and user support requirements
- Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions




- Act as a bridge between business teams and technology solutions to improve organisational efficiency and scalability

Required Mandate

- 2-7 years of experience in AI Enablement, Business Systems, Process Automation, Data Analytics,

Digital Transformation, IT Operations, or related domains
- Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and cross-functional coordination
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel Automation, Dashboards, Reporting Tools, APIs, Zapier, Make, and AI Platforms
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Generative AI tools, workflow automation, and business productivity solutions
- Experience in designing and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives
- Robust analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project execution capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive technology adoption across teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills
- Certifications in AI, Data Analytics, Automation, Power BI, SQL, Project Management, or Digital Transformation will be an added advantage.
