About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on AI Automation & Integration Engineer to design, build, integrate, and optimize AI-powered automation solutions across internal initiatives and client projects.

The role will focus on converting business processes into practical AI-enabled workflows, integrating AI capabilities with existing business systems, and developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that can be evaluated, refined, and taken toward production.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, business applications, and workflow logic, with a robust understanding of how different systems can be connected to create reliable end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows for business and client use cases.
- Develop workflow logic for AI-assisted lead handling, qualification, support, follow-up, and other business processes.
- Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent technologies.
- Develop and integrate AI assistants, chatbots, knowledge-based systems, and conversational workflows.
- Integrate CRM platforms, APIs, forms, calendars, messaging channels, and other third-party business applications.
- Build connections between platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and other integration methods.
- Develop workflow logic for lead capture, qualification, routing, nurture, demo booking, quote requests, and other conversion processes.
- Support integrations across channels such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, web forms, and CRM systems where required by the solution.
- Work with approved knowledge bases,



product information, SOPs, policies, and business rules to configure reliable AI-assisted workflows.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
- Contribute to AI and automation Proofs of Concept (PoCs) from requirement understanding through prototype development and demonstration.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and automation technologies and assess their suitability for practical business applications.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, Full Stack, Product, and Consulting teams to integrate automation capabilities into larger technology solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, integration specifications, and implementation guides.
- Monitor deployed workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Technical Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Experience integrating CRM, communication, productivity, or business applications.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-assisted applications.
- Experience building or configuring AI agents, chatbots, conversational workflows, or knowledge-based AI systems is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate programming or scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, debugging, and software development practices.




- Understanding of databases and data handling concepts is an advantage.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms or deployment environments is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience building AI automation PoCs or prototypes for business use cases.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Experience integrating messaging, communication, payment, scheduling, or lead-management systems.
- Familiarity with AI APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or equivalent services.
- Experience working with LLM-based workflow orchestration or AI agent frameworks is an advantage.
- Exposure to enterprise automation, SaaS integrations, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
