About the Role

We are looking for AI Artists Storytelling & Generative Video who are passionate about using AI as a creative medium.

The role involves experimenting with new ways of creating fiction and non-fiction content, including music videos, micro dramas, feature films, promos, branded stories and short-form content.

We are looking for people who can take an idea, story or creative brief and turn it into compelling visual content using generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated images, videos and visual sequences for different content formats.
- Translate stories, scripts, moods and creative briefs into visual concepts.
- Experiment with AI image generation, AI video generation, animation and audio-generation tools.
- Develop characters, environments, action sequences, camera movements, compositions and visual continuity.
- Write, refine and iterate AI prompts to achieve specific creative outcomes.
- Experiment with different AI tools, models, visual styles and creative workflows.
- Collaborate with writers, creative producers, directors and other AI Artists.
- Take creative concepts through the workflow:

- Find creative solutions when AI-generated outputs do not meet the desired result.
- Stay updated with emerging Generative AI tools, models and workflows.
- Work within creative briefs, production requirements and deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling.
- Positive understanding of framing, composition, colour, lighting and movement.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation and/or AI image generation.
- Understanding of shots, pacing and visual continuity.
- Strong prompt engineering / prompt refinement skills.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Ability to convert an idea into a visual output quickly.
- Strong experimentation and iteration mindset.
- Curiosity to explore new Generative AI tools and models.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative production environment.

Years of experience are less important than your portfolio, visual imagination and ability to bring ideas to life.
