Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of an enterprise AI platform that transforms the software product development lifecycle through Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will define the architecture, technology standards, governance framework, and reusable AI services that enable engineering teams to build AI-native products at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the overall architecture for an enterprise AI platform that supports the entire Product Development Lifecycle.
- Design the multi-agent architectures.
- Build reusable AI services, APIs, SDKs, and agent frameworks.
- Define LLM orchestration and model-routing strategies.
- Architect AI governance across security, responsible AI, prompt management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish enterprise standards.
- Design and ship Claude-native agents and subagents with clear roles and scoped tools.

Must Have Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field.
- Over 10 years of data engineering experience.
- Over 4 years building AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
- Robust knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience across major cloud AI platforms.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks.
- Strong grounding in API architecture.
- Hands-on experience with the Claude ecosystem.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with GitHub Copilot Enterprise and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of enterprise product engineering processes.
- Experience with background task and queue systems.
